Art Panel size A0 Seaweed
Art Panel size A0 Seaweed
Details
This is a powerful art panel made of handmade Japanese paper through which seaweed has been incorporated.
The image is as if a plant has grown inside a house. The way it is made from roots that have kept their shape is very bold and graceful, and the contrast with the white washi paper gives it an outstanding presence.
This art panel is made of real seaweed made into Japanese paper. The seaweed is called Hondawara, which is caught in Okunoto. Hondawara is found mainly on the Sea of Japan side, and there are many varieties.
It can be hung on the wall with a string for hanging on the wall, but as shown in the photo, it also looks very impressive just standing on the entranceway or in the living room.
Size: 84 x 120 cm (A0 size)
Weight: approx. 4 kg
Each piece is handmade by hand, using natural plant matter as the filter, so no two are exactly alike. Please enjoy looking for your one and only panel in the world.
Please be mindful of the delicate finish of the panels, as they are all handmade with natural materials. Please remove any dust from the panels while they are on display by gently dabbing them with a light dust remover, such as a quick cleaner.
