bird and flower brooch size L

This is a brooch from Miho Nishikawa's original collection. This is not a NORTA original, but it is so delicate and beautiful that we have decided to carry it.

The motif is of a bird pecking at a flower. The very delicate and fine cutting and forging technique makes us feel very elegant.

Since each piece is handmade, every detail is slightly different and no two pieces are exactly alike.

When purchasing, please carefully check the photos of the design that appear when you select ABC before making your purchase.

Material: Brass (body), nickel silver (needle part)

Size: Approx. 6-7.5 x 4-6 cm

Please understand that there may be a slight variation in size due to the handmade nature of each piece.

All brooches come in an organza inner bag and box as shown in the photos, making them ideal as gifts.

Note; The body of the brooch is made of brass, and the needles of brooches and pin brooches are made of nickel silver. The surface is not lacquered, so the color will become more subdued with age, but if you prefer to keep it that way, we recommend that you wipe it clean with a soft cloth after use and store it away from the air.

You can also wash it quickly with an acidic solution such as citric acid or vinegar, or polish it with steel wool to make it shiny. Moisture will also discolor the product, so if it gets wet, please wipe it off immediately. Please be careful not to apply excessive force to the body or needle part, as it may deform. Some parts of the design may be sharp or uneven. Please handle with care.
