Iris Teacup with lid

This is a very gorgeous and nice Kutani Kosen tea cup with a lid, with gold iris. This one is probably from the Showa period.

The gold edge and the deep green color match each other and are very modern.

Since this bowl is large and has a lid, it would be good as an accent for table setting by putting pickles or simmered dishes that can be used for intermezzo on the dining table.

We think it would be a fun and beautiful table setting if you could use it not only as a traditional teacup, but also for various purposes by taking advantage of its lidded characteristics.
