"Dainippon Kutani" milk pitcher.

It is believed to have been produced during the Meiji period (1874-1887, when Kutani exports were particularly popular), when the government put a lot of effort into exporting. It is also said to be Seikado-zukuri, but it is not certain because there is no backmark.

Kutani-esque orange red, with fans and folding fans drawn on it. The gold dot pattern is drawn on the fan part, and you can feel the unevenness when you touch it.

It is a very beautiful milk pitcher as a whole form, such as a spout that appeals firmly and a designed handle.

Please take a look at the matching sugar pot and tea cup.

Size: diameter about 4.5 cm x height 12 cm x bottom about 8.5 cm

Length from spout to handle: 11cm

Weight; 220g
